A wonderful practice and a great way to heal, strengthen and nurture yourself without needing a babysitter. This is yoga to helps you to reconnect with your body, find some calm and stillness in this exciting but exhausting time, and also have time to really nourish and replenish yourself as a new mother - which is so very important
Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga is the perfect antidote to the physical and mental stresses of motherhood in the first year. We work both on strengthening your body after pregnancy (including pelvic floor), as well as easing out tension and having time and techniques to relax tired minds too. Join me for my weekly classes.
