There are classes and courses are here to help you have some time and space for yourself and with your baby. As well as meet and connect with other new mothers and find that vital support network we really need. You can join us for Mum & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage in person each week, and there’s also my online Calm & Empowered Motherhood course too.

I also offer services to help mothers cope with difficult births, or time around birth, with my birth listening and reflecting service, and with the ‘Three Step Rewind’ technique to help relieve birth or any perinatal trauma.
