Who are these support packages for?
Perhaps you are feeling stressed, scared or anxious about your birth? Maybe you worry about how you will cope through your pregnancy or with a baby? Or you just want a more personalised way to prepare for birth and traverse your pregnancy, in addition to the usual medicalised system of care. I can help you to overcome any fear or worry you feel about birth, and help you get both your body physically ready and your mindset on track with my personal, tailored pregnancy and birth preparation coaching sessions designed to give you a completely bespoke package of support. My unique packages are for everyone, both first time mothers or those who have had a difficult birth or traumatic experience before.
I combine my knowledge as an antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher, a pregnancy yoga teacher, a doula and a pregnancy & birth coach to prepare you in unique, comprehensive and holistic way. It’s a really personal approach to guide you through the ups and downs of pregnancy, to leave you feeling calm and prepared for the labour, and have an empowered pregnancy. You don’t have to feel scared when you think about birth, or that pregnancy and birth happen ‘to you’. With my help you and your baby will feel connected, empowered and in the centre of everything. Making positive choices that are right for you and your baby.
My tailored packages are available virtually, anywhere in the world, via Zoom, email and Voxer.

Pregnancy and birth can be a positive, uplifting and transformative life experiences. I have witnessed it many times. But the key to this I feel starts with good preparation, with also with greater connection to you and your needs and wants. My aim with my unique support and coaching packages is for you to be able to transition into motherhood with inner strength and grace. For you to find an confidence and a calmness, that puts you and your baby and your connection together at the centre of your experience of pregnancy and birth. So that you look forward to and are excited about birth, and can tackle anything your pregnancy throws at you with confidence, calmness as well as real fact-based knowledge. You can get rid of any dread and fear about birth, and start to see pregnancy and birth as an opportunity to connect to and really appreciate your amazing, powerful and beautiful body.
Whether you have just found out your are pregnant, or have been burying your head in the sand about it for months, I can support you to work out what’s important to you and what you really want for your pregnancy and birth experience.
Perhaps you are feeling stress and worry about labour and birth, or are unsure about your birth preferences, or want support with decision making in pregnancy. Maybe you need tools to stay calm and relaxed, or you are worried about how you will cope with birth and want techniques and strategies for you and your birth partner. I bring them all together to provide you with the unique support you want and need, for a holistic mind-body approach - because pregnancy and birth are the ultimate mind-body experience. From no BS, unbiased, fact-based birth education, to physical movement practices and yoga, to body biomechanics, to self-hypnosis (hypnobirthing) techniques, deep relaxation, breath work and mindfulness, to coaching techniques, to birth trauma recovery.

What we’ll cover:
Each clients need and support is unique of course, but we can cover these aspects as a guide:
We work deeply with you becoming confident and calm during your pregnancy, and in preparation for labour and birth
We look at the right techniques for you in your pregnancy and through into labour and birth - including breathwork, visualisations, guided relaxations, sounding, movement and self hypnosis.
You’ll develop and build a positive mindset about your pregnancy and birth, using a variety of techniques.
Together we will set personal goals for how you want to think, feel and act in birth - discover what you really want your birth to look like
We’ll look at and review your daily practice to create little rituals that will help you get where you want to be in body and mind.
We’ll work so you can become clear on your birth preferences, and by the end of the package you will have a clear vision of your preferences (for different scenarios) and how to communicate this to your care team.
We’ll look at the Fourth Trimester and how to prepare for the postnatal period and the transition into new motherhood.
I’ll guide you through your pregnancy and birth preparation, with prompts and accountability so that you can feel supported every step of the way, feel you have the right plan for you, and transform your mindset.

Three Months Support Package
Includes:
Pre-commencement questionnaire
6 x 1 hour fortnightly private support and coaching and support sessions via Zoom
12 x weekly check ins. A quick check in each week, by email, so you have regular contact and keep your focus
Support in between sessions, whenever you need it, throughout our time together. Like having me at yuor finger tips, helping you to stay focused and accountable. Unlimited Voxer access between our sessions for the 3 months of the package (I am there to support you in office hours, so that’s Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm). For your wins, wobbles, a chat or random questions. Get get support the whole way through.
Your get guidance for ongoing support practices in between our sessions. Personalised to you, I’ll send you worksheets, exercises and practices, to keep you focussed and on track.
You’ll also get suggested reading, research, practitioners, podcasts and resources too to help you navigate your own path.

You can add my one to one support package onto my Group Hypnobirthing Course (which is an additional fee of £225, and is booked separately here) or a one-to-one private hypnobirthing course with me, details here. Or if you have already done a hypnobirthing course in a previous pregnancy.
My support packages are NOT a hypnobirthing or birth preparation course, but you do need this knowledge for us to work together and to be fully prepared for birth.
6 months of support.
