For the spray you’ll need:

A spray bottle
Witch Hazel (alcohol free)
Cooled, boiled water
Lavender essential oil
Tea Tree essential oil

Half fill the spray bottle with witch Hazel. Add 5 drops of each essential oil. Top up with the water.
Give it a good shake. Store in the fridge.

For the soothing frozen pads:
The spritz you just made
Aloe Vera gel (unperfumed)
Maternity pads
Foil or a plastic zip lock bag

Drizzle the aloe Vera gel over the pad. Use the back of a teaspoon to distribute over the pad. Sprat the pad with your homemade spritz. Fold up and store in foil or a plastic bag in the freezer. Make 6 to 10 initially. Take out of the freezer for a couple of minutes before use. Then stick in your pants for cooling and soothing.

Hope that helps to cool and soothe your body postnatally.
